Thank you Jim & Greg, I purchased a Liberty Fat Boy JR 48 and call Jim to have it picked up and delivered because of the reputation. I could not be happier with their service. It was not the easiest delivery because the safe went in the basement and the weight of the safe at about 700lbs and low clearance going down the stairs. WOW, Are these guys good or what? They put a 725 lbs safe in my basement that was almost impossible. We Move Safes is the best in the business. They went up stairs, over hardwood floors, down hardwood steps, down carpeted steps, through a small door and put this safe on an elevated platform within 2" of a drop ceiling. I would like to personally thank both of you for the awesome job you did in the delivery and placement of my Custom Pendleton Safe. Since this safe was custom built and painted from the manufacturer, I was extremely concerned that care be taken in the delievery and installation since this is a one of a kind safe. Damage was not an option and would have costed a fortune to replace the unit. Well, my hat goes off to you guys; you pulled this install off without a hitch. I recently bought a gun safe that weighed over 500 pounds from a large retail store. Their sales promised free delivery. I got what I paid for. The guys showed up and got it as far as my foyer and said they were done. Seeing as how this needed to be in the basement I had a problem on my hands. I called Gander Mountain to ask for a referral. They recommended Greg and Jim from "We Move Safes, Etc." I gave them a call and got on their schedule.
These guys were professional in every respect. They kept me up to date on their schedule. They showed up exactly on time. They were insured. Most importantly they assured me they would not scratch a thing including my hardwood floors. Using specual tools they carefully navigated my stairs and easily cleared the hardwood bull nose of the first step. Within 30 minutes of the time they arrived I had my safe located to the exact spot I wanted. Nothing was marked, chipped, or damaged in anyway. They showed me how to operate my safe and when they left they took all the packing materials with them. Nothing left for me to clean.
I was happy enough with their service that I called them the next day to pass along my compliments. Nowadays it seems when I have someone come out to my house to fix one thing they break two other things. That was not the case with We Move Safes Etc. They were true pros. To top things off the price was reasonable.
